Refund and Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 0 days. If 0 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

No subscriptions or memberships will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@germanibooks.com. We will attempt one replacement. If the item is received damaged once again, the manufacturer’s warranty will be used and the matter must be pursued by the purchaser.

 

Gifts

Gifts, monetary or otherwise, that are sent to Germani Books will not be returned for any reason.

 

Shipping returns

We do not accept returns.
